A campaign closed before the advertised deadline, why is this?
If a campaign is flooded with a high volume of applicants really quickly, we will have to pull down an advertisement quicker than expected. This does happen from time to time.
Unfortunately, this means some people are not able to submit their applications in time. In these circumstances, we are simply not able to accept CVs via email once the campaign in the application system has been closed.
Please ensure to register a profile though with osmaviation.com so that we may update you as soon as possible if we do open recruitment for your chosen position is advertised again.

You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements to and from the assessment day event.
We run the recruitment event just like we run an airline, on time performance is crucial and we cannot accommodate candidates’ request for special circumstances to be late/leave early.
If you need to reschedule though to a different date, please do let us know.
-
If I am successful at the assessment I was invited to, can I move my result to my preferred location that I have also applied to?
Once you have committed to attending an assessment day, we will need to withdraw your application from other recruitment projects to which you may have applied.
Please note, being successful for an assessment in one project does not automatically make you successful in another.
If you are successful at an assessment day, it is not possible to hold your spot while you wait for a response from another campaign. As the competition for spaces is very high.
If you are unsuccessful at your invited assessment, you will need to wait 12 months until reapplying for all positions with us.
Make sure to inform us if you would like to withdraw from one project and only be considered for your preferred base or position.
-
I received an invite for an assessment day however when I tried to register I was informed that it was allready fully booked. How do I proceed from here?
Some of our recruitment events are very popular and places can fill up incredibly fast, due to our assessment days having a limited number of places available, registration is made on first come first served basis.
If it is possible, we will offer you a place on a waiting list, and you will be notified if a place becomes available.
Once we have finished working through the outcome of the assessment days we will determine if we need to run more assessment days and information will be sent out.
