OSM Aviation Academy is now seeking Flight Instructors, FI(A) and IRI/CRI in Arendal, Norway .
OSM Aviation Academy (OSMAA) is looking for theory and flight Instructors to our operations and flight training at our new satellite in Arendal, Norway. Employment will be on-demand or full-time depending on licenses and ratings.

Our fleet consists of C172 and DA42, all equipped with G1000-cockpit and one FNPT II typ B737 on each base.

We are looking for instructors who has one or more of the following licenses and ratings
- EASA FI(A)
- EASA CRIME
- EASA IRI SE/ME
- EASA FII
- You must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English. Applicants speaking a Scandinavian language will be prioritized.
- You have a high-quality mindset and you are passionate about teaching and providing the best possible education for our students
- Pilot Aptitude Test* with a satisfactory result, alternatively well documented experience as a Flight Instructor.
