HR/On-boarding Administrator

Due to recent and continued growth we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a HR/On-boarding Administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This role will manage the on-boarding of new cabin crew the right candidate will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a hands on and team orientated approach to work. You will be a very pro-active and independent individual who will consistently strive to exceed expectations. 


·         Preparation for assessment days

·         Attend Assessment days

·         Send out job offers and on-board information

·         Collate data on spreadsheets

·         Monitor progress of candidates onboarding

·         Allocating places on courses, changes, withdrawals

·         Support candidate’s questions

·         Write visa letters

·         Write up contracts

·         Send out communications for onboarding

·         References- request documents and send off complete packs

·         Receive and send off CRCs

·         Arrange medical appointments

·         Attend initial and graduations

·         Provide refreshments and cake at graduations

·         Email out training plans and answer queries

·         Support HR Advisors/Head of HR with projects
