Due to recent and continued growth we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This role will focus on our cabin crew population, the right candidate will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a hand on and team orientated approach to work. You will be a very pro-active and independent individual who will consistently strive to exceed expectations.


·         Provide support throughout the employee life cycle to the HR Advisor

·         Monitor probationary period / Leave of absence / Maternity spreadsheets

·         Create and send letters to employees in line with HR processes.

·         Upload documents to employee files

·         Monitor pension process for all employees

·         Manage vacation

·         Monitor and manage Cabin crew inbox in conjunction with HR Advisor

·         Preparation for assessment days

·         Attend Assessment days

·         Write visa letters

·         Write up contracts

·         References- request documents and send off complete packs

·         Attend training courses to introduce HR

·         Ad-hoc duties as required

·         Build strong relationships with all stakeholders

·         Support on projects as assigned by Head of HR

·         Cover transactional duties in the absence of HR Administrator



·         Head of HR



·         CIPD qualified is desirable

·         Aviation experience is desirable
