OSM Aviation is looking for an Onboarding Specialist (Flight Deck) to join the Business Intelligence Centre in Barcelona, whom will be working in close cooperation with the Flight Deck Recruitment Team at HQ in Oslo, Norway.

OSM Aviation is unique – we are the first company to offer total crew management, which includes a full range of services such as employment and management of both Flight Deck and Cabin Crew.

Due to the recent success and rapid growth of the Company, we are looking to strengthen and expand our team in Barcelona. The Onboarding Specialist (Flight Deck) will have the possibility to ensure a smooth transition to OSM Aviation for our new Flight Deck members. The right person for this position is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a structured manner and is highly reliable


Areas of Responsibility

  • Communicate with new employees to gather and handle all documents related to onboarding processes
  • Prepare and develop compliance reports for our airline customers
  • Initiate and handle background checks in accordance to Civil Aviation Authority regulations
  • Assist on various administrative tasks and processes, such as Crew Visa applications and license transfer processes with the EU/EEA and United States

Qualifications & Experience

  • Preferably a Bachelor degree within HR, business or administration. Candidate with other relevant studies and experience may apply
  • Preferably at least 1-2 years’ experience from administrative positions
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
  • Work permit in Spain
