We are aware of and committed to taking the necessary steps and improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking.The Company has zero tolerance towards modern slavery in its business and supply chain, and in our businesses and operations across the world, we will ensure that we or, where applicable, our commercial partners our not engaged in modern slavery or human trafficking. We will tackle this through risk assessments, good policy and good communication with staff and suppliers alike.
We are a provider of crew management service in the Aviation sector. The Group has over 5,000 employees worldwide and operate in 18 countries.
The Group has a global annual turn over in excess of £36 million.
OSM Aviation is a world-leading crew management service provider to the Aviation sector, offering all services related to operating aircrew; including recruitment, training, HR management and crew planning.

We engage a range of suppliers to help us carry out our services. They include payroll services, legal services, and recruitment services.
Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place any where in our supply chains.
Due Diligence Processes for Slavery and Human Trafficking
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk we have in place systems to:
- Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
- Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Protect whistle blowers.
Supplier Adherence to our Values
We have zero tolerance towards slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values, we monitor the suppliers we work with and review if they have their own Modern Slavery policy in place. This monitoring has not resulted in any issues identified with respect to slavery and human trafficking.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we inform our staff of the importance of avoiding Modern Slavery.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st March2017.
