About Us

Espen Høiby

Espen has long leadership and management experience from the aviation and aviation training industry. Experience include turnaround management, developing and implementing major cost and organisational reduction programs, mergers, developing new commercial initiatives for major airline (SAS), developed new strategic initiatives for major aviation training centre (SAS Flight Academy).

Other qualifications and experience include several board positions for both start up and well established companies, general manager for start up companies, pedagogical training and Airline Captain for SAS Scandinavian Airlines.

Fredrik G. Øygard

Fredrik Grorud Øygard has worked in the aviation industry for more than 10 years. He has held various leading positions within the Norwegian Group, latest as Managing Director of the pilot companies in Scandinavia and Chief Commercial Officer of the Norwegian Resource Group. He holds an Executive MBA from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen, and a degree in Business and Economics from the UK.

In his role as CCO, Fredrik is leading the development and execution of our commercial strategy, as a member of the Top Management Group.

Aase Mikkelsen

Aase Mikkelsen has worked in the aviation business for more than 20 years. Her experience is based on broad practical background in different Top Management positions within the airline industry, including Managing Director of 1.600 Cabin Crew members and HR Senior Vice president of a larger Scandinavian Airline, creating results directly connected to negotiations and change processes. She is passionate about people, evidently reflected in her educational background comprising Organizational consultant, nurse, certified coach and a business degree from Niels Brock Business College.

In 2004 Aase won the PID Award in Denmark – “Personnel Director of the year.”

Anders Bonde Bakken

Anders holds a Master in Business and Economics from the Norwegian Business School (BI). He has 10 years of experience in various international financial management positions. 4 of these years he was based in France working for major European actor in the aviation industry.
Anders joins us with significient experience in financial and operational management, change processes and project implementation in international organizations.

He has experience from various industries including working in listed companies and private equity owned companies.  Anders creates results through collaboration with emphasis on open processes and Communications.

Mads Hvilshøj

Mads is an innovative leader with a strong technical background, including a PhD in Automation & Robotics. His professional experience include research and development within different industries, including academia, manufacturing, oil & gas and aviation.

Andreas Tollaksen

Andreas has a strong entrepreneurial and technical background, and holds an MSc in financial economics from NSM.

Michael Keating

Director Flight Crew Recruitment
Michael has an MBA in Aviation Business Management, a long list of aviation management jobs including manager of pilot selection for a major airline, and decades of military and airline flying.

Gitte Leonce

Director Cabin Crew
Gitte has a solid background from both Aviation Operational & HR Management & Crisis Management. Experienced leadership and general management. Have managed large personnel groups (1600 cabin crew) both nationally and internationally.

Specialties: Regional & International recruitment, profiling. HR and HR strategies. Development of service employees and cabin crew, policy making & follow-up of employee quality, standard and sick leave level.
A wide range of HR functions, including personnel law – and policy, monitoring of employee performance reviews, education planning, introduction programs and training of new employees. Sparring partner for first line managers, supervisors, managers and directors.

Lise Lunding

Director Training
Experienced from both operations and management within aviation. The operational side includes flying as cabin crew on short and long haul, station and cargo services. On the management side, the experience includes being part of cabin crew base management for a major airline, start up and management of international cabin crew bases and developing strategies and policies as well as carry them out and make them operational. Further qualifications include teaching and developing courses, both at large airline leadership college and at University of Copenhagen, and developing an EASA approved training organization. MA in Cultural Anthropology, Associates degree, Adult Educational Sciences and Social Psychology Studies.

Arild Nyheim

Director Flight Crew
Arild Nyheim holds a Bachelor’s degree focused in Pedagogy, and has a long history of working in the aviation industry including his job as a Flight Deck Manager in Scandinavian Airlines (SAS).

Kim Reiersen

Senior Manager Cabin Crew Recruitment
Kim holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian School of Management. His professional experience include recruitment, executive search, selection and HR.
