In 2017, over a period of 10 months, OSM Aviation conducted over 15 pilot roadshows across Europe and North America totaling over 2000 pilots registered. Out of 1200+ pilots invited to attend an OSM Aviation selection process, 640 simulator sessions were conducted, ending with more than 370 successful pilots who were offered contracts!

In addition OSM Aviation selected and recruited more then 1700 cabin crew over a 12 month period. After successfully having passed the pre-screening, candidates were invited to swim test, language proficency, group assessments and individual interviews depending on our airline customers needs.

OSM Aviation has all systems and administration in place to handle large volume recruitment and our own custom-build database now counts more than 35.000 pilots and cabin crew candidates looking for a new career. The recruitment process is tailormade to the operator and the operator’s requirements. For instance, some operators want to attend parts of the recruitment process, such as interview or perform simulator assessment, while others only conduct audits. However, most recruitments use the same methodology.
